DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY
- Our shipping policy vary business to business, for each business we have its independent delivery fleet only Fashion category (Junaid Jamsheed & Anarkali James) article will be operated through a third-party courier service
- Our Delivery coverage is different business to business For the Fashion category, our delivery coverage will be the whole UAE whereas for F&B we will be majorly focusing on Dubai & Sharjah, similarly, for the meat business it will cover Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman
- The time duration for the shipment to reach the customer is different F&B: 45 to 60 min Meat: 45 to 120mins (if order generated in business hour else it will be delivered on next day) Fashion: 1 to 3 working days depending on location
- Delivery Charge Schedule: F&B & Meat business will be operating on minimum order cap according to distance range. Whereas fashion related article will be charged an extra delivery charger depending on delivery areas.
Our refund policy will vary from business to business
Refund Policy for Meat & F&B orders. There will be an only replacement if there will be any below circumstances
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product is tampered with.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Refund Policy for Fashion
- If the wrong product was sent by the merchant it will be replaced by the exact desired product, depending upon the availability of Stock
- The product is defective & tampered it will be replaced depending upon the availability of Stock
General Condition We accept returns for F&B & Meat only within a 1-hour timeframe, however for fashion related products 3 days of receipt only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the same value of the voucher which can be redeemed anytime, or refund the payment. For Fashion related products we can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed, and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please inform our customer support mail. & similarly, for F&B & Meat, we accept returns of product which are timely informed within one hour range of time & immediately bring under the notice of relevant outlets. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
The conditions under which cancellation will be allowed have to be mentioned.
- There is no cancelation provision available for F&B & Meat related products.
- For Fashion related product Customer can cancel their order within 6 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
