DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY

  • Our Shipping Policy varies from business to business. Each business has its own independent delivery fleet. Only our Fashion brands, Junaid Jamshed & Anarkali James, are operated through a third-party courier service.
  • Our Delivery coverage differs per business:
    • Fashion (J. & A&J) : All of UAE
    • F&B (Emly Chilli & B&B): Dubai & Sharjah only
    • Butchery (MeatOne) : Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman only
  • Delivery Time
    • F&B is between 45 to 60 minutes
    • Butchery: between 45 to 120 minutes (only if the order is generated during business hour, otherwise it will be moved to next day delivery)
    • Fashion: 1 to 3 working days depending on the location
  • Delivery charge applications: F&B & Meat business will be operating on minimum order cap, with no additional delivery fee, depending on delivery distance range. Whereas, Fashion related articles will have a set delivery charge, depending on delivery areas.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy vary from business to business.

Refund Policy for Meat & F&B

A customer is only liable for a replacement of their order on the below circumstances:

  • The customer received a wrong order via the merchant.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product was tampered with.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit/debit card.

Refund Policy for Fashion

A customer is only liable for a replacement of their order on the below circumstances:

  • If the wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective and/or tampered with.

The original items will be sent again, depending on the availability of stock.

General Condition: We accept returns for F&B & Meat products, within a 60 minute timeframe & no later than that. For Fashion related products, we accept returns within the first 72 hours of after delivery & only if the packaging is returned in its original form with the tag attached and/or the products are not damaged. If all these conditions are met, please email our customer support team and we will endeavor to send you a replacement product, or provide you with store credit to be redeemed within 3 months, or simply refund the original payment. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product does not meet the above circumstances/conditions. Please also note that our Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • There is no cancellation provision available for F&B & Meat related products.
  • For Fashion related products, the customer can cancel their order within 60min of their order time.
